ASES KidZone and Club West After School

KidZone/Club West is a partnership between Washington Unified School District (WUSD) and the City to provide quality, 丰富, after-school services to the youth of West Sacramento funded under Proposition 49. The After School Education & Safety (ASES) Grant provides funds for KidZone & Club West which operates throughout the school-year providing academic, 浓缩, and recreation activities which include provision of a daily supper and snack, disguised learning activities, physical activity, 和艺术 & 工艺品. In partnership with the WUSD, your child will enjoy a safe and positive environment where they can laugh, 唱, play and make new friends!

Club West for Teens

Club West offers a variety of teen programs throughout the year. In addition to the After School 项目 they offer Summer Teen Camp, Teen Heroes, and Teen Dances.

Youth and Teen Summer Camps

The city offers full day and half days camps throughout the summer.

孩子之夜 - A Parents Night Off!

Night Out is 3 hours for children grades K-5 to enjoy social time over 浓缩 activities, 游戏, a meal and a movie. 公园 & 娱乐 staff guide kids through fun activities and serve a yummy dinner. Then make fresh popcorn for the kids to enjoy during the movie. Kids are welcome to wear pajamas, and may bring a pillow and blanket for movie time!

Adaptive 娱乐

The Adaptive 娱乐 program (or SPARK as it is called by its participants) is designed to provide West Sacramento residents, 14岁或以上, with special needs the opportunity to participate in recreation and leisure activities designed for their needs and interests.

Youth and Teen Sports

The city offers a variety of sport opportunities such as; Jr. 小巨人,. NBA/WNBA, NFL Flag Football, Teen Hoops, Youth Tennis and Learn to Skate.
